acrylics on glass votive holders
Mar. 23rd, 2004 09:04 pmHello,
I'm trying to see if I can get away with painting on glass without buying "glass paint", and realizing the difference in the two kinds of paints. Acrylics go on fine, but they rub right off with a wet thumb. What if I were to coat the artwork with something? Can anyone recommend a good sealant that would be safe for use on something that will get hot (votive holders)?
TIA!!!
Edit: I haven't been able to find the glass paint medium by Jo Sonia that was mentioned in the FAQ...
