I'm drowning in a sea of crap
Mar. 24th, 2004 09:57 pmI decided tonight I would clean up and try to organize my crafting area. I moved a few things from one place to another and then just stopped and stared at the mess, feeling overwhelmed. If you'd like to try to help me figure out what to do, please take a gander:
Here's the big picture. Oh, man, what a problem area. I can't believe I've let it get this out of hand.

This is the craft table area. It's the most depressing part of it all. I started with good intentions, but didn't follow through very well.

Here's my desk. It's not so bad, but I am loathe to just move everything from here to my craft table, which is what I usually do when I need to work on something.

I have this shelf unit that holds my books, sewing machine and random knick-knacks. I am thinking about putting my books away in a closet somewhere (since I never use them) and using the shelves for craft stuff.

Whaddya guys think? Am I going to have to break down and buy some storage stuff? I live in a rent house so I'd rather not attach anything to the walls, but other than that, I'm open for any suggestions you guys might have.
THANK YOU!!!!!!
