Ok, this is driving me nuts.

In art class, years ago, we made these prints out of carving linoleum blocks (I think that's what they were), then a little while ago my friend made a painting out of these hand carved blocks, he said he got it in a store in Philly, which I'm kinda far from. I've looked EVERYWHERE for linoleum blocks to be carved into stamps and NO place has them or even knows what I'm talking about.

My question is, am I looking for the right thing? Does anyone know where I can find either THAT or something very similar?

EDIT: Would this be a good idea to use to make those tags that are sewn into clothes/bags/etc that are sold?
