I LOVE CERAMICS

Here are some things I've made in ceramics this semester. This Arts Council around where I live had a fundraiser called TableScapes. Here's a description from the program:

28 tables decorated for 8 guests by a diverse representation of creative organizations, individuals and businesses.

In my class, 8 of us got together and decided to enter a table. We each made 1 place setting:

1 large plate
1 small plate
1 salad bowl
1 cup
1 glass

There were 3 awards given out that night:

Most creative theme
Best center piece
Favorite overall table

We WON most creative theme. =)

The rest of my table setting is still in the studio.


and this is what I put on all my work (my professor doesn't like it, he tells me not to put it on my pieces, he wants my name on them)
