And don't tell me to buy a manual, search the FAQ, etc... I have a manual, but it is packed away somewhere, still at my moms house. I am not spending 30$ for a new one. The FAQ didn't reveal any ancient mystical answers to me, nor did the special google search.
I have a Brother XL-5232 model sewing machine. Up until now, I have never had to wind my own bobbins, I had a slew of them. I know how to get it ready to wind, but to hell if I can't figure out how to get it to do it on it's own. The Brother site has a sufficiently generic enough description to thoroughly confuse me. It says to use the start/stop button. There is no such button/switch. Only the on/off one.
Maybe I am missing something. Does anyone have this machine that could give me a clue? I just wanted to do some light hemming/mending today :/
