ribbon-y belt

ive been seeing ribbon type belts all over lately and i really like them. but i was thinking that theyd be SO easy to make on your own - all you really need is some ribbon or fabric and those metal rings. but i dont know where to find rings that size/thickness. hopefully someone here will!! anyone?
