Hey i have a quick question for ya'll, I got some fabric from the $1 Fabric at Wal-Mart last night, and at the time i thought i could figure out how to make a skirt, but after a few hours found out it's not that easy.. The fabric is strechy and pretty thick and is blue with polka dots on it. If anyone of ya'll have some suggestion or know how to make a skirt that i can actually wear, please help me!!! <3
