what spare time?

so i recently felt the urge to add to my already large assortment of gemstone beads, and went to Beyond Beads here in SF since i love their selection and the prices are good. once i got home, i realized i had all these beads and no plans for them, so i felt the urge to do some stringing since i hadn't made anything in ages.







a three-strand bracelet and matching necklace. the beads included are:
green tourmaline
iolite
opal in matrix
garnet
pearl
labradorite - gray and blue
amethyst
aquamarine
red rutilated quartz
blue aventurine
red tiger eye
glass
handstamped thai silver
silver heishi
balinese silver spacers
liquid silver tubes
iridescent plastic leaf beads
iris seed beads

i have plans for another one like this using mostly red beads - sunstone, garnet, red tiger eye, cloissonne beads, &c - these are so much fun to make! :)
