craftgrrla while back i attempted to make a good friend of mine a scarf-hat. it ended up being quite heavy and she can't comfortably wear it. to make up for it, i made her a purse.
big enough to hold a disposable camera and some other things
that's not the friend i made this for, but she was nice enough to model
i crochet the back and handles and then hand-stitched the front (cut from a vest my sis sent me). there was no pattern. it happened magically, i swear.
on a side note: i just bought my first sewing machine and i'm clueless. is there a good community around here for beginning sewers?
