So I took those instructions instead of throwing them away and made a tampon case out of them. 

The max it can hold is three supers.  It was really easy to make- if you can make a duct tape wallet- you can make this.  I just laminated it then kinda folded it in half but left one side an inch longer.  Then I taped up the sides and finished by putting the velcro on it.  I would have put a zipper on it but my mom is really paranoid about me being even 2 ft. away from her sewing machine.
