Clown pants.

craftgrrlI'd been trying for a while to make clown pants that used a hula hoop as the waist.
My dad is a Shriner Clown, and they have to provide all of their own costumes, either by buying them or making them, and I thought they would be hysterical.
These are just the test pair, (no, i didn't iron my fabric :/ ) he'll probably wear them in a parade next weekend, though. The "official" version will be very patriotic, and will be unveiled for the 4th of July parade in our town! :)
He looks like an enormous goober, but it sure is funny :/
