Birthdays are fun

I have a friend who is obsessed with unique and vintage purses, so I thought I'd give my first try at knitting a purse for her 22nd birthday. It turned out a bit differently than I imagined, but here it is:

I was kinda in a hurry when I took these pictures last night, so I didn't get a detail insert of the bag's lining, which is a print of adorable zoo babies. Children's safari print on a sage background, quite cute. I modified a bag from Stitch n Bitch, changed sizes, added a pocket inside and put on a magnetic clip. :)
