May. 12th, 2004 09:23 amIs there any reason I can't use the graphics and things that came with my Create-A-Card software on products I am selling? I'm thinking of it as clip art that I've purchased. Does that mean I can use it for whatever I want? How can I find this out for sure? I've checked the README file in the software but it doesn't say anything about using the graphics in this way. Some of the graphics within the package include a little copyright mark - does this mean I am free to use it as long as I don't claim I designed it, or does that mean I'd better not use it under penalty of horsewhipping? BTW, what I want to use these graphics on is labels for various body products. Bad? I am trying to track down the booklet and paperwork that came with the software to see if there is any clear info. in there, but wonder if any of you know off the tops of your pretty little heads whether or not this is allowed.
