License plate purse

craftgrrlLong time ago I asked for instructions on how to make a license plate purse, and someone gave me a link. Anyway, with the help of my good ol' dad, I made one. =)
The straps right now are temporary, until I get something besides ribbon. The purse doesn't hold much but I still like it! The purse is lined with this black foam stuff. And my dad put some stuff along the edges to make it so they weren't sharp... but I forgot what it's called, sorry!
