craftgrrlCan any recommend a good book/tutorial on paper quilling? My local scrapbooking offers classes periodically, and I've tried to take one for about a year an a half. However, I'm always only one of two people who signs up, and the class always, always gets canceled (it just happened AGAIN). I'm thinking it's about time to take matters into my own hands. Any suggestions?
