My friend Mandy went to Japan for a semester and brought back all sorts of neat stuff including this skirt/leggings outfit. The leggings were a bit baggy (we called them 'Hamburgler pants') so I cut the legs off mine, flipped them upside down, and turned them into this:






this is what they look like on. The picture looks all weird because I kept messing with the self timer and the camera was up too high to get the feet in, but it's the basic idea.
