I help co-moderate stitchesofhope and the project for the month of may is animals. I was in school and on vacation for the first half of them month, so I have to fastly catch up now!!
If anyone is interested in the community, check it out. It is all about sewing, crocheting, knitting..etc for various charities or places or anything really.
I am making blankets to donate to the local animal shelter. I would have probably been finished with the blanket if I hadn't messed up and had to take it out.
Animals need pretty blankets too!!

It is a mixture of single and double crochet...I am making big stripes and small ones. Afterwards, I plan on doing the border in black.
It is 60 stitches wide....and I measured it, but forget them now.


Just as an idea...that yarn is purple, not blue. I have a crappy digital camera.
