sculpy problems

craftgrrli just bought Original Sculpy and i bought two Sculpy push molds, but i don't know if i'm doing something wrong because when i try to take the clay out of the molds, the clay either breaks or the image get stretched, etc. am i supposed to let it harden? has anyone else had problems with the push molds?
