In the beginning of the summer i got really into making hemp necklaces. I always thought the material had a really nice, earthy look, but so much of hemp jewelry is boring! I've been playing around with hemp, trying to make my necklaces have more of a fine jewelry type of look instead of the generic straight-stitch-with-fimo-bead-in-center that you get down the shore.

Unfortunately a lot of my more intricate necklaces have already been sold to people around school here, but i was able to take pictures of a few that i still have.

This one is done in a neat criss-cross stitch with brown speckled glass pony beads and an earthy clay center bead. One of my favorites :) It's about 16" long

yellow and pink glass beads with pond-ripple style rings radiating from each bead. This one is a little short, only about 14 1/2" long

This one is just a silly design i was messing around with, but it looks really fun in person. The beads stick out a bit, lending it a 3D effect. This one is also a bit short, almost 15" long.

The first and third necklaces are for sale if anyone would like them. The top one would be $15 plus shipping, and the third would be $10 plus shipping. The yellow and pink one was lost unfortunately, but if anyone would like a necklace in that style i could easily make one. Anyway, those are my necklaces, i hope you like them! More will be coming shortly! :D
