craftgrrlOK... I am trying to make this shirt:
I have the top band done with the elastic in it... But I wanna know how to make it drapey like that... Would I make it like a circle skirt? I like how its cut different ways... so basically cut it appart sew it together like a circle skirt and thats it?
I would imagine it would be too drapey.. like that one skirt everyone makes...:S
