this is the first time ive posted in here...i need some help!

im trying to make a purse out of one of those free makeup bags you get with perfume, its pretty large actually and bright yellow :/ its kind of plastic-y. well i took pictures but i have to figure out how to get them here...well i started to use a glue stick to paste on pictures (i want a sort of fashion magazine vibe so im putting on models and clothes and stuff like that) and i drilled holes in the top for the straps. but after i glue the pictures on, would it be okay if i mod podge over it? or should i use something else? the only other time i worked with mod podge as a sealer was when i covered a tv try table with newspaper, magazine clippings, tissue paper, etc. and it worked really well...but that was a table. i dont even think im making sense anymore. sorry!
