Skirt + Easy tutorial

I made a skirt last night after being inspired by clothing altered communities and stuff. I found this shirt and off I went. Its really not that cool, but it was super easy and there was no sewing involved! (I might go back and hem the buttom or add ribbon because it sticks out kind of funny)

anyway, here it is!







see how it is all flippy? thats what I'm going to fix about it later. And I might add felt something or other or a checkered ribbon to the button. what do you think?

Oh, and the tutorial! (I was bored and made it, Im sure its very very simple!)
