adhesive question

craftgrrlI want to start selling some of the bottle cap magnets I have made. I want to put stick them to a lightweight piece of cardboard and then put them in a bag with a label to close it so people don't pick and chose.
My question is, what kind of adhesive could I use to make them stick to the cardboard without really sticking to it. You know how you get somethings and there is some sort of adhesive, almost like rubber cement (credit cards are stuck to the paper when they get sent to you using this). What is it? Would rubber cement work?
