Help!!

Rememer in preschool when you made a candle holder?? You would take cut up pieces of tissue paper and attach then to the jar or whatnot. So when the candle was inside the tissue paper would reflect the colors of your tissue paper.

OK-my question, does anyone remember how we attached the tissue paper? Did we use watered down elmers glue? Does that dry clear? What else would work?

I'm trying to make one with my daughter and do not know what to use. Thanks for all your help!!!!
