saddlebag for moped!

Hey I was wondering if anyone had any ideas, or ever knew someone who made a saddlebag for moped or scooter or something? I am looking to make something like this, except I wouldn't do the double like that and only do the one side and just have it clasp to itself. I have some strong canvas fabric I was thinking to use for it, but I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas or tips or knew where I could get some help for something like this! thanks
