craftgrrlDoes anyone have any advice for making some pants into hip huggers?
I have the pattern and the fabric and everything and I'm a fairly experienced seamstress. Lowering the waist seems almost straightforward, but if anyone had tips, that would be great. I'm afraid that I haven't thought of everything...
