Woohoo, first post
Jul. 4th, 2004 12:02 pmI've been lurking awhile, but have been too uncrafty/insecure to post. :)
Since I woke up at 3:30 this morning, I decided to bust out the beads and the polymer clay. I also made a couple of canes -- one turned out okay, but the other one was pure crap, so it's now being put to use making beads.
The pictures could have definitely used better lighting, but oh well.
This anklet has a couple of cane slices in it, the rest is just seed beads.

You know that "wild wire" stuff you can get, usually in the kids' crafts section? Yeah, well, I found a load of it on clearance at Wal-Mart for 75 cents and have been looking for things to do with it. Not too sure how well these earrings will hold up, since that stuff bends out of shape WAY easily.

I liked the way these beads made from unusable cane ends look kinda like earth. :)
