resizing

ok i've resized somethings, but i was wondering how you do resizing on huge t shirts like everyone on here does. like making them into tube tops or making them girly and stuff. any comments or guidance are appreciated. its late and im goin on 1.5 hours of sleep in the last two days so im sorry if i dont make sense. thanks in advance! im out like your style...(ooo in your face!!!)
