craftgrrlI'm planning to redo my bedroom somehow by myself on my own money. I can't paint it or put too many holes in the walls. I don't have the money to buy new furniture, so I'll probably end up slip covering some stuff.
Ultimately, I want as a theme: Old world England and/or France tied in with very modern, contemporary elements
The two parts of the theme are very different, so you can probably guess that I'm having a hard time trying to come up with some ideas.
Just feed me some ideas on what I could do...fabrics, colours, anything. You can be as general as the overall colour scheme or as specific as a certain item that would go well in the room or some sort of project.
Merce in advance. I adopted merci and turned it into merce.
Oh, also, does anyone know any good communities for interior design related stuff?
