For our month-iversary, I'm (hopefully) giving my boyfriend a book full of the lyrics and such that he has wirtten for the past couple years.
That is, if I can find out how to put the pages I've made into the book cover I've bought.

I've got this old hardcover music theory textbook, and though I know how to get the pages out, I don't know how exactly to get my pages in.
Any help?
