soda bottle labels

for our anniversary, my boyfriend bought me a case of jones soda with our picture on the front. Now i want to save the labels and do something cute and crafty with them. the problem is getting the labels off the glass bottle. i've been trying to peel them off with the help of an x-acto knife, but i have a tendancy of cutting through the label. *boo* does anyone have a better idea of how to remove the label from the bottle without ruining the label?
