craftgrrli know there's a ton of duct tape stuff out there, but wanted to share anyway:
I basically made it the same way I did my packaging tape wallet (shown here) except the card pockets open on the sides instead of the top and I used velcro instead of the closure. Also, I decided to use a clear window for my ID.
