low lead solder
Jul. 14th, 2004 08:48 pmI want to make my girlfriend a necklace, that will require me to attach a jump ring to a metal pendant-y thing I am making. I have some nice low-lead solder, which I think will do the job nicely. Is there a way to seal it, so my girlfriend won't die? Or is there no reason to worry? There's solder in your water pipes, and we don't all run around like a mad hatter. Or is there some easier way to do this, without using solder? Super Glue would be way tacky(worst...pun...ever).
