Hey! I was at Urban Outfitters today, and I saw these bracelets that I sort of liked. But they were $12, and I can NEVER bring myself to pay that much for a little bracelet that seems pretty easy to make. I couldn't find it on their website, but I found a picture somewhere else of a necklace that looks just like it:

I'd want to make that, only in bracelet form. So, elastic and pearly beads and ribbon can all be purchased at a craft store... right? I mean, I know you can buy elastic and ribbon. But what about big beads like that? And even if you can buy them at craft stores, are they really expensive?

I guess I'm just asking if it would be less expensive to just buy it at Urban Outfitters, or try to make one myself. Any other help would be awesome.
