drum stick bag

well this is my first post on here... but i figured that it was worth it because this is possibly the hardest thing i have ever done in my life lol.
okay so here are the before pictures of the drum bag.

heres the front before i cut it.


and the inside before.


then i took all the trim off, the zipper, the pockets... everything and i basically just rebuilt the whole thing into two pieces [inside and outside] then finally sewed them together. i then added the zipper and a shoelace as the trim to make it look neat and cleaner. it took so long, and my fingers hurt lol... but im happy with the way it turned out.

its a present for my boyfriend and i highly doubt he'll use it and im so embarrassed to give it to him becuase i feel lame lol. maybe ill just keep it. only thing is.. i would have a drum stick bag for no reason lol and it says his name on it. lol oh boy.
