craftgrrlI want to make a skirt like this one:
using a pair of old jean shorts and some kinda material which I have yet to buy. Does anyone have a tutorial or anything for this? I searched the memories and didn't see anything, and I've seen some of you talented ladies make skirts kinda like this before. Any help is appreciated! :)
