Too Short Jeans

craftgrrlI got a new pair of jeans from Old Navy. They're a little too short, but they were only $10. I don't want to cut them up, I want to wear them. I could theoretically wear them exclusively with heels, but I'm more of a running shoe person. There isn't enough hem to let them out, and I don't want to just add dangly beadwork (don't like the way it looks)... is there any way to salvage these pants?
