i wasnt sure which community to put this is:

i bought a pair of cowboy boots.  they are just cheap walmart ones.  well, i spray painted them hot pink on friday.  today, they are STILL sticky.  is there anything i can do?

or, is there something to remove the spray paint?

i think it's sticky bc texas is so humid.  help =/
