Ugly Dorm Rooms

Alright, so in a few weeks i go back to school and i know that my dorm room has these ugly drawers in it. I'm not allowed to paint them or anything, but is there anyway i could spruce them up a little bit? I remember seeing a girl that put this plastic covering on hers that had a design on it, but i have no idea where i could find it or what it's called. If anyone could help, that'd be great :)
