Bottle Lables

I'm sure I've seen this somewhere before, but where is beyond me. Anywho, how would one go about removing the lable from a bottle and still keep it in tact? I've thought of submerging it, but that would ruin the thin paper. Also, a razor would make it inclined to be shredded. Thanks in advance!
