craftgrrlI have a pair of stilettos that have rhinestone buckles. Right now the rhinestones are clear but I'd like to make them black to match my dress. Has anyone ever used fingernail polish to paint rhinestones? I'm not sure if I want to use nail polish or some other kind of paint. Any suggestions or comments? Thanks!
