I need help with a Homecoming dress behind the cut.



So, I'm about to win this dress on Ebay, and since it looks rather boring, I want to add some stuff to it for homecoming.



So, I made some future alterations in Photoshop...



So my question is, do they sell adhesive or loose rhinestones at Michael's that I can attach on there, that won't fall off in the middle of the night?

Next question, I want to add something to the bottom that looks like the bottom of this dress (https://www.windsorstore.com/catalog.cfm?method=product&product_id=98019589-65B6-4D22-906B90E01D4C568C) or this one (https://www.windsorstore.com/catalog.cfm?method=product&product_id=0DE5DC06-DCF4-4B28-BA66A1B8382731E7&photograph_id=E3E57F37-C79C-4147-8C11E586553D2003)... how would I got about doing that (pattern-wise)?
