I want to make a skirt. Any skirt. But I have issues. Let's say that I want to make
but whenever I try to get the waistband to the top of the circle part, I start sewing and it looks great. Then I put it on and the stitches make it way too tight.
I cut it so that there should be enough room and I've tried using regular stiches and zig zag ones, but it doesn't work.
What am I doing wrong?!
