Hello. This is my first time every posting in here. But I'm looking for some help and guidance on some craft projects I've been meaning to start.

First of all, I want to make one of those bottlecap belts and use Pabst Blue Ribbon bottle caps. What kind of tool would I have to use to rivet the caps to the belt and where could I find such a tool?

Secondly, I have a pair of Dr. Scholl's sandals I want to paint. I've read that you use acrylic paint for the wooden soles. But the strap on my sandals are a hideous shade of brown. Would acrylic paint work on the leather straps or would I need some special sort of leather paint?

Thirdly, I've been collecting men's neckties for awhile. I'm going to hand sew them into a skirt and/or a purse. Any tips?
