craftgrrl | A pretty little Dragon Fly Atop A Pretty Little Box, And A Tropical Photo Frame (Reply)

THese are two recent projects that I finished. Actually they've been finished for a couple weeks, but I just got around to posting them.

The first one is a project that inspired me when I saw a finished project at my local Michaels. I do believe mine came out much much better though :)
My mom bought me this little dragonfly patch that I could never figure out what to do with, but I finally found where I would put it. I bought a miniature round wooden box and painted it with these pretty metallic paints, and I placed the dragonfly on top.

The second project is a photo frame I made with wooden cut out pieces and a frame I purchased from Michaels also. My mom suggested that I get a frame and make a frame with the small wooden pieces, so I did! I think it came out pretty awesome. I used this pretty metallic coral paint for the main part. I painted everything myself except for the seashell and sunglasses :)
..Now if only I could get my printer to work to place a photo inside.
