Sorry I post so many questions...
Sep. 18th, 2004 05:04 pmMmmkay, as you might have read in my last post; I'm making a ((sea nymph/faerie/mermaid/whatever)) costume for the renaissance faire. I've managed to braid/knot myself a belt out of hemp twine to wear around the waist of my dress, and I intend to string plexi-glass corked vials of coloured water and shells from it.
Which leads to my question:
How exactly would I drill holes in shells? I know you can buy them pre-drilled at stores by the beach, however I live in Minnesota ((ugh)) and there's no beach near by. All the shells I have are from visits to the ocean when I was little, and I'd like to use them.
Any ideas? Any help is welcomed and appreciated. <3
