candy mold question and pretty pink doll
Sep. 21st, 2004 08:53 pmquestions for you all-
since everybody was so wonderful answering my questions about chocolate, i have another- has anyone purchased candy molds online? any companies you can suggest? they all seem to have the same products, but i'm kind of nervous about using my credit card with some random company i've never heard of. that may be silly, since i use paypal all of the time, but i still am.
these are the companies that carry the molds i want-

any experiences?
and just so that this isn't text only - here's my attempt at a felt doll. she's kinda wonky, but i like her that way.
i've been so motivated by all the fun felt stuff that everyone in this community keeps posting, so i made myself a little doll. i'm pretty happy with her, she's cute. her dress is a little uneven, but oh well. her arms look a little scrubby already, because the kitten got ahold of them before i could sew them on!
i don't know why i've been so inspired to hand sew lately, but i keep starting projects and remembering half way through that i hate handsewing.

i like her face with the embroidered features, i'm quite happy with them. she had a little nose stiched on too, i'm not sure if you can see that.
