Resin Pendants?
Sep. 26th, 2004 02:36 pm(cross-posted around some crafty communities)
I want to make something like the pendants shown here.
Basically, I love pendants. Just random stuff to string onto a ball chain or something- one at a time, and just switch it up. (In fact, ANY ideas for unique or interesting pendants are certainly welcome!) But the idea here is to use a picture (printed, photocopied, even a tiny collage of sorts) and create a pendant out of it.
Can someone help me?
Thanks in advance. :)
EDIT (5:00 est)
Thought of some other questions to tack on here:
Can I stick other things into the resin? Like dried flowers/leaves, dead bugs (don't flinch, I'm a nature geek), beads, or- whatever?
If I were to use molds other than ice cube trays, are there specific things that it won't stick to? Could I spray pam or put olive oil on something to keep the resin from adhering to it?
