I want to make something sweet and random for my boyfriend. My work schedule just changed, so we aren't seeing much of each other lately, and I just want to make him a crafty little something to let him know how much I love him and that I'm thinking about him.

Ideas?

And just so I'm not making an annoying "help meee!" post, here are a few things that I've made for him in the past that are excellent for little gift ideas for your sweeties.

- A personalized comic book starring your sweetie as the super hero. I made my boyfriend one out of boring old printer paper, and drew everything out with crayons and decorated it with stickers. I'm not a very good artist, so the crayons helped to give it a cute playful touch. My boyfriend loves his so much that he keeps it in his cd case (which he takes everywhere with him).

- Wrist bands made out of old sweatshirt sleeve cuffs and felt. I was dinking around making skirts and things out of old sweatshirts, and I decided to sew some black and red stars onto the cuffs to make wrist bands. They were pretty dorky when I was done, but when my boyfriend came over later he asked if he could have them. The stars just so happen to match the tattoo I have accross my back, and my back is his favorite part of my body. Try cutting the felt into shapes or designs that have something to do with the two of you.

- When he is sick, give him a heart cut out of stiff paper with a message telling him that the heart is magic, and that it will make him get better. My boyfriend went home sick from school one day, and so I came by his house later with some tea, a movie, and a heart that said "This is an extra-super-duper magic heart. I'm a super hero, so I can make things like this. Put it under your pillow while you're sleeping, and hopefully you will wake up feeling better, instead of waking up to puke. If it doesn't work the first time, then just keep trying. Sometimes it takes a little while. I love you. R." He felt better the next day!

- A plastic spoon with "lets" written on it It's completely dorky, but oh-so-cute.

I also have tons of other ideas for advent calendar style letters, so if you're interested be sure to ask!
