Making Invitations

craftgrrlI'm trying to make these 
and I'm having problems locating the material that I need. Does anyone have any good suggestion on where I can find the stuff I need:
For Envelope: 10 3/4" square - 100lbs paper in Fleck Ivory
Invitation: 6" x 13 1/4" Corrugated paper in Fleck Ivory
4 1/8" x 16" 100lb paper in Sage
Enclosures: 5 7/16" 90lb paper in white (this paper I'll probably just end up buying in 11 x 14 and cutting it myself but I still need to find it in 90lb weight.
